Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 2026
The short version: PushZoo TV doesn't have accounts, doesn't show ads, and doesn't track your child. The pictures your child colors are automatically deleted within a few hours of use.
Who this applies to
This policy covers both PushZoo TV apps: the phone/tablet coloring app and the Smart TV companion app.
Information we collect
We built PushZoo TV to need as little information as possible:
- A room code. A short, randomly generated code (like "ABCD") that connects a phone or tablet to a TV for one session. It isn't linked to any person.
- A device identifier. A random ID generated on your device and stored locally, used only to remember which (optional, paid) worlds that device has unlocked. It isn't linked to your name, email, or any other personal information, and isn't shared with anyone.
- The pictures your child colors. When your child taps "Push," the colored picture is uploaded so it can be displayed on the paired TV.
- An optional face photo. Certain characters, across different worlds (for example, the astronaut's helmet or the diver's mask), let a child's face show through part of the artwork instead of the default design — more characters like this may be added over time. Using this requires a parent to answer a simple math question first, then grants the app camera access for that one photo. The photo is stored only on the device — it is never uploaded on its own. If a creature using a face photo is then pushed to the TV, the finished colored picture (face included) is uploaded the same way as any other pushed picture, described above.
We do not collect names, email addresses, birthdates, precise location, photos from your camera roll, microphone access, contacts, or any other personal information, and the app doesn't request any of these. The one exception is camera access for the optional face-photo feature above, which a parent must actively choose to use and confirm.
How long we keep it
Room codes and pushed pictures are automatically deleted a few hours after a session starts (currently 6 hours), via an automated cleanup process — nothing lingers indefinitely. Saved face photos are the one exception: since they're never uploaded in the first place, they simply stay on the device until a parent deletes them (also behind the same math-question check).
Where pushed pictures are stored
Pushed pictures are stored using a cloud storage link. That link isn't protected by a login, but it's a long, random address that isn't published or guessable, and — as above — it's automatically deleted within a few hours.
Advertising
PushZoo TV does not show behavioral or interest-based advertising, and does not use advertising or tracking SDKs.
Third-party services
We use Supabase (a backend/database provider) to run the app's server-side functionality — storing room codes and pushed pictures as described above. We do not use analytics, crash-reporting, or advertising services in the app at this time.
Children's privacy
PushZoo TV is designed for children and built around collecting as little as possible: no accounts, no personal information requested from children, no behavioral advertising.
